Refund policy
These terms apply to CleanScope purchases. Any checkout labeled test-only is a sandbox and does not accept real payments.
Quote & Profit Toolkit — $29
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, even if you have downloaded the toolkit. No physical return is required. After a refund, stop using the toolkit and delete your copies.
Personalized Setup — $149
You may cancel for a full refund before work begins. After work starts, we refund the unfinished portion using milestone prices agreed with you before work began. If no milestone pricing was agreed beforehand, cancellation receives a full refund.
Problems with your order
Missing files, duplicate charges, technical faults, or a product or service that is not as described qualify for correction or an appropriate refund. These remedies are not limited to the 14-day toolkit refund window.
Requesting a refund
Provide your order number and the email address used for purchase. Do not send full card details. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. This policy does not limit your mandatory legal rights.
